Have you worked as a mechanic or with spare parts for trucks or buses and thrive in a role where service and customer contact are in focus? Then we may have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a driven and structured person for our spare parts store in northern Stockholm, where you will play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

In your role, you will work administratively with order management, follow-up, and ensure that the right spare parts are always available. You will collaborate with the site manager to optimize the inventory and ensure fast deliveries to our customers. An important part of the job is to build and strengthen customer relationships by driving a delivery vehicle, where you both deliver products and discuss solutions for their business. You will also work administratively by updating customer information, creating quotes, and adjusting pricing to meet market needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on heavy vehicles. Perhaps you have worked as a truck or bus mechanic, or you have previously worked with spare parts and logistics in these areas. Regardless of your background, it is crucial that you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy a role where you can combine administrative tasks with practical work and customer contact. Structure and responsibility are important qualities, and you find it easy to build and maintain relationships with both customers and colleagues.
